Twenty-fifth resolution
(Powers to carry out formalities)
The Extraordinary General Meeting gives full powers to the bearer of an original, copy or extract of the minutes of this Meeting to carry out all legal and administrative formalities and to make all filings and publish all notices required by the applicable law.
Presentation of the resolution
Finally, the twenty-fifth resolution is the standard resolution which gives the necessary powers to carry out publication and other legal and administrative formalities in relation to the Extraordinary General Meeting.
