Twelfth resolution
(Powers to carry out formalities)
The Ordinary General Meeting gives full powers to the bearer of an original, copy or extract of the minutes of this Meeting to carry out all legal and administrative formalities and to make all filings and publish all notices required by the applicable law.

The twelfth resolution concerns the granting of powers required to make all filings and carry out all legal and administrative formalities relating to the Ordinary General Meeting.
