The General Meeting grants full powers to the bearer of an original, copy or extract of the minutes of this Combined General Meeting to carry out all legal or administrative formalities and make all filings and announcements stipulated by current laws relating to all the above resolutions.
 
  • Presentation of the resolution

    Finally, the sixteenth resolution is a standard resolution concerning the delivery of the powers necessary to complete the publications and legal formalities for this General Meeting.
