Seventh resolution
(Renewal of a director’s mandate)
The General Meeting, ruling under the conditions of quorum and majority required for ordinary general meetings, renews the director’s mandate of Mr. Jean-Louis Beffa, for a 3-year term to end at the close of the Ordinary General Meeting called to approve in 2012 the accounts for financial year 2011.
