Fifth resolution
(Powers for formalities)
The General Meeting grants full powers to the bearer of an original, a copy or an extract of the minutes of this Meeting to carry out all legal and administrative formalities and to make all filings and announcements stipulated by current laws.

Presentation of the resolution
Finally, the fifth resolution is a standard resolution concerning the granting of the necessary powers to carry out publication and other legal formalities in relation to the Extraordinary General Meeting.
