Second resolution
Second resolution
(Approval of the balance sheet of the Bank at 31 December 2004 and the profit and loss account for the year ended at that date)
The Annual Meeting, having reviewed the reports of the Board of Directors and the Auditors on the financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2004, approves the balance sheet of the Bank at 31 December 2004 and the profit and loss account for the year then ended. The Annual Meeting notes that net income for the year amounted to EUR 3,281,771,448.69.
Presentation of the resolution
The first two resolutions concern approval of the 2004 financial statements of the Group and the Bank after hearing the reports of the Board of Directors and of the Auditors.
