(Appointment of a director)

The Ordinary General Meeting resolves to appoint Laurence Parisot as director for a term of three years, expiring at the close of the Ordinary General Meeting to be called in 2009 to approve the 2008 financial statements.

Presentation of the resolution

In the sixth resolution, shareholders are asked to appoint Laurence Parisot as director for a term of three years, expiring at the close of the Ordinary General Meeting to be called in 2009 to approve the 2008 financial statements. Laurence Parisot, 46, President of the Mouvement des Entreprises de France and Chairman of the Ifop Group's Board of Directors, would be an independent member of the Board.
