The Ordinary General Meeting resolves to renew Louis Schweitzer's term of office as a director for a period of three years, expiring at the close of the General Meeting to be called in 2010 to approve the 2009 financial statements.

In the seventh resolution, shareholders are asked to renew Louis Schweitzer's term of office as a director for a period of three years, expiring at the close of the Ordinary General Meeting to be called in 2010 to approve the 2009 financial statements. Louis Schweitzer, 64, is not a member of the BNP Paribas Group and is an independent member of the Board. He is Chairman of the Board of Directors of Renault.
