(Appointment of a director)
The Ordinary General Meeting resolves to appoint Daniela Weber-Rey as a director for a period of three years, expiring at the close of the Ordinary General Meeting to be called in 2011 to approve the 2010 financial statements.
Presentation of the resolution
In the sixth resolution, shareholders are asked to appoint Daniela Weber-Rey as a director for a period of three years, expiring at the close of the Ordinary General Meeting to be called in 2011 to approve the 2010 financial statements. Daniela Weber-Rey, 50, a German citizen, and a partner with the law firm Clifford Chance, would be an independent member of the Board.
